No, you can book something smaller such as a bath and brush or nail clipping. Ask us what would suit your dog best.
Yes, nervous dogs are very welcome here. Nicole works patiently and takes things slowly, and owners tell us their dogs come out relaxed.
First visits are a big deal, so tell us about your dog when you ring. There is also a treat jar, which most dogs find fairly quickly.
We are at 5 Bourchier Ave, Braintree CM7 9FQ. We are open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
